About The Program

Our Line Cook Apprenticeship is a fast-track, high-impact training program designed to prepare you for a career in the professional kitchen. In just 8 weeks, you’ll cover the essential foundations of culinary education using the same textbook taught at the Culinary Institute of America.

This program combines classroom learning with hands-on training in CEC’s fully equipped kitchen. Upon completion, we support your transition into union-wage jobs with benefits, helping you enter the industry with skills, confidence, and opportunity.

To qualify, participants must be 18 or older, fluent in English, and able to read at a 9th grade level.
